Oxfam Trailwalker Sydney 23-26 August 2018. Event Volunteers Needed!

Oxfam Trailwalker sees teams of 4 challenge themselves physically and mentally as they walk (or run) 100km of bush trails in 48 hours to raise money for Oxfam’s vital work. Help this year’s walkers fight poverty by becoming an event volunteer.

Getting Involved

We need general event volunteers for a variety of roles. Whether you want to get out and mark the trail, help get walkers ready for the next leg at checkpoint, or become a trail marshal and get everyone through safely – we need your help.

We’re also looking for physiotherapists, podiatrists and massage professionals, as well as students to soothe our walker’s weary bodies and tired feet. One person in three in the world lives in poverty. But we know that you see a future in which no one does. Changing the world starts here.

Write to us at and we'll happily chat with you about a rewarding volunteer role that’s just right for you.

Hope to see you on the trail!
