Ryde Hunters Hill Flora & Fauna Preservation Society

Aims to educate and promote conservation principles and to preserve natural bushland. Volunteer bush regeneration is a major activity. The Rod Wallace Memorial Visitors Centre in the Field of Mars Reserve is open Sat, Sun and public holiday Mon 8am-12pm and 3-7pm during daylight saving hours; 10am-4pm Eastern Standard Time. The Centre offers pamphlets about walking tracks, Reserve wildlife and plants, as well as information on environmental interests. Some pamphlets are available in languages other than English. The centre is also used for environment related workshops.
