Hunter Organic Growers Society

Hunter Organic Growers Society is a community group for people interested in pesticide-free, organic growing. We attend once a month field days at various places such as organic, permaculture and biodynamic farms and properties, urban gardens, community gardens, aquaponics farms etc.

Getting Involved

Come along to one of our field days on the 2nd Saturday of the month.

Members are free to attend.
Non-members $4 or $6 for a family.

The next HOGS Field Day will be held at the Foreshore Sensory and Community Gardens.

Meg Butler will be giving us a tour of the Sensory Gardens.

Time: 12pm BYO lunch, 1pm tour of the gardens
Address: Meet at the Foreshore train sheds. Newcastle Foreshore.
Cost: free for current financial members; $4 for non-members or $6 for a family.
