NSW Wheelchair Rugby League

The NSW Wheelchair Rugby League is the governing body of NRL Wheelchair in New South Wales. Its mission is to provide an alternative opportunity for people to participate rugby league. Wheelchair Rugby League is a fully inclusive sport, which allows people with and without disabilities or injuries to play, including at international level.

Getting Involved

NSW Wheelchair Rugby League is looking for people to assist in a number of different ways, many of which can provide pathways or training into other related careers.

Simple volunteer work can include game day work, which may include helping set up, doing odd jobs and packing up. For those looking for a bit more, we can offer training in refereeing, officiating, training, coaching etc.

We also have a range of positions in our state and sub branch committees that involve managing and developing our sport/organisation through events and programs. These are specifically suited to professionals and students looking at improving their CVs or completing their studies.
