The Max Potential Project - Broken Hill

The Max Potential Project is sponsored by Clubs NSW and our local clubs and links young adults with community leaders to develop leadership capacity in local communities. The project offers 22 weeks of personal leadership development, including coaching, to young leaders from schools and the community to help them maximise their potential during the final years at school and beyond.

Getting Involved

Clubs NSW and our local clubs provide funding for the Future Achievement Australia Max Potential project to develop volunteer leaders from the community, business, industry, schools and churches to coach young people in their community. Coaches are equipped with the support of their own personal coach, progressive coaching skills and tools that apply across personal, life and employment contexts. Our community coaches can build their knowledge in to their personal and professional leadership profile, including the possibility of further life coaching accreditation through Future Achievement Australia Pty Ltd. There is a Certificate of Participation issued which can be used for further career opportunities.
