ALPHA Leo Club - St John's Anglican College
Leo Clubs provide the youth of the world an opportunity for development and contribution both individually and collectively. Members are given the opportunity to grow and develop as responsible members of the local, national and international community. Alpha Leo Clubs in particular are designed for 12 - 18 year olds, of which, are based within the educational institution they belong to.
Getting Involved
Leos Clubs stimulate among it's members acceptance of high ethical standards, develop leadership, provide experience through service to the community and provide an opportunity for international understanding.
Members experience increased self-esteem and personal growth as they meet challenges and accept responsibilities as well as have fun! By volunteering their time and talents for the benefit of others, Leos learn firsthand the value and rewards of service. Leo club involvement can start young men and women on a lifetime of helping others.
Leos are the future of Lions Australlia, and when they graduate from their Leo Club, they are are encouraged to continue their service through the Leo to Lion program.
