Queensland Wheelchair Rugby League

The QLD Wheelchair Rugby League is the governing body of NRL Wheelchair in Queensland. It's mission is to provide an alternative opportunity for people to participate rugby league. Wheelchair Rugby League is a fully inclusive sport, which allows people with and without disabilities or injuries to play, including at international level.

Getting Involved

QLD Wheelchair Rugby League is looking for people to join our state and regional committees in order to assist us in establishing the sport.

Positions in our state and regional committees will involve managing and developing our sport/organisation through a establishing events and programs. These are specifically suited to professionals with experience looking at improving their CVs or students needing to completing their studies. This work can provide pathways and/or training into related careers opportunities.

We are also in need of people who wish to become qualified as wheelchair rugby league referees, officials, coaches, trainers etc.
