RFDS Kangaroo Island Support Group

The Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia (RFDS) takes the finest care to the furthest corners of our land. Using the latest aviation, medical and communications technology, the RFDS delivers extensive 24-hour emergency aeromedical and primary health care services to those who live, work and travel throughout Australia.

Getting Involved

The RFDS helps more than 270,000 patients across Australia every year that's one person every two minutes - which is why we need your support!

RFDS Central Operations are responsible for delivering emergency aeromedical and primary health care services throughout South Australia and the southern half of the Northern Territory with 24 Volunteer Auxiliaries & Support Groups.

Would you like to help one of Australia's most unique not-for-profit health organisations?

The RFDS is looking for volunteers to become involved in the RFDS Auxiliary/Support Group in your area.

By getting in contact with your local volunteer group, you can find out what's happening near you and become part of an organisation that continues to build friendships while helping to keep the Flying Doctor flying!
