South East Animal Welfare League, Mount Gambier

SEAWL provides temporary shelter and rehoming for hundreds of lost and abandoned cats and dogs every year. As not for profit organisation we receive no government funding and rely on dedicated volunteers to provide ongoing care for the animals at our shelter.

Getting Involved

As a volunteer run organisation we are always in need of reliable, enthusiastic animal lovers to help with the daily running of the shelter as well as the behind the scenes magic.........

Hands on at the shelter: Kennel Attendants, Cattery Attendants, Administration Assistants and General Maintenance.

Behind the scenes : Committees, Event Co-ordination, Fundraising, Publicity and other administration tasks.

Working with animals is very rewarding no matter how you help!!!
