The JAM Institute Hobart

A brand new Public Benevolent Institute for people with diabetes who are in need. JAM is there to help deal with the nitty gritty of day to day life - It is no use telling someone to go walking if they don't have shoes... Material and practical help, daily companionship and hope for people with diabetes struggling to change their lives.

Getting Involved

The organisation seeks dedicated and committed individuals with a passion for our cause. As a newly established organisation we need help to build awareness, with building the organisation so that it endures into the future, with fundraising and with program management. We are also looking for people who have diabetes who are willing to learn to become peer mentors. Any little bit of help will help us make a difference. We are building towards a large scale public launch - all help with making this an event to remember is welcome! Any fundraising gurus welcomed with open arms!
