WEST MOONAH EATING WITH FRIENDS

Eating With Friends aims to bring people who may be socially isolated because of age or mobility issues together for a meal, usually held on Sundays. The West Moonah groups holds their lunches at the Golden Years Club in Glenorchy on the first Sunday of each month. Lunches are usually $15 for a two course meal which includes soft drinks, tea and coffee.

Getting Involved

If you would like to join our group as a guest or as a volunteer, telephone Jackie on 03 6249 9349, to be placed on our mailing list. You then receive an invitation before each lunch and you need to book in beforehand so we know how many to cater for. We need volunteers to help lay tables and serve the meals. No cooking or dishwashing is required!
