Home Hill - National Trust Property

The former Australian Prime Minister, Joseph Lyons, and Dame Enid Lyons built Home Hill in 1916. The house is as Dame Enid left it and contains many interesting and historic mementos. It is listed as a protected property by the National Trust of Tasmania.

Getting Involved

Become a National Trust volunteer and spend time at our marvelous Tasmanian Trust properties. Meet and make new friends through volunteering as house guides, helping in the gardens or selling in the shops. To become a volunteer please contact a National Trust property in your immediate area or alternatively contact us for further information.
